Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation SMS/email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines
• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India. COD availability is confirmed at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders have a maximum order value of ₹5,000 per transaction.

Shipping Charges
• Prepaid/COD orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• COD orders: A nominal COD handling fee of ₹50 applies
• Orders below ₹499 (prepaid): Flat ₹79 shipping charge

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order on our website or by contacting us.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. For COD orders returned due to non-acceptance, re-shipping charges will apply.
